A Developers Dream House
Photo by John Rippons. We completely transformed the existing kitchen and created a stainless-steel and sparkling cook’s dream kitchen with plenty of space for entertaining, loads of counter space for creating, lots of light, and loads of storage. The backsplash behind the range hood is one solid piece of quartzite, installed vertically.
Bringing The Outside In
“This home is a casually sophisticated reflection of the outdoor surroundings with a distinctly British West Indies feel. The goal was to bring as much of the tropical outdoor environment to the interior spaces while still maintaining a level of luxury and modernity.”
“This beach condo’s monochromatic palette suggests the ocean, the sand, and the cresting waves seen from the expansive windows, which open out to the Gulf to the east and the bay to the west. The casual elegance of the condo is reflected in the shabby chic choices intermingled with clean lines and hints at minimalism.”
A Shining Sea Retreat
“This glittering beachfront condo reflects the delicate yet sumptuous taste of this particular client. EDC Interiors, Inc. transformed the space into one imbued with light, sparkle, a touch of whimsey, and the Gulf breezes. It’s light-heartedness is tempered by it’s functionality and textural considerations, alluding to a sense of discernment and delight in luxury.”
Living In, Living Out
“In this particular home, it was important to make every indoor and outdoor space a place for comfort and relaxation without sacrificing elegance and style. Since the home has a generous lanai, rather than make it distinct from the interior spaces, the lanai was fully integrated into the rest of the home, effectively adding pragmatic sensibilities to the home while providing the owners with more places to relax and entertain.”
Sea Stars & Ocean Gems
“This beachfront condo bursts with the vibrancy of a coral reef, complete with the multi-layered hues of the deep blue sea, the sparkle of the sun on the water, and the gorgeous rainbow of schools of fish. This brilliantly-colored condo is as lustrous as it is livable, with many spaces adapted to accommodate friends and family.”
The Cooling, Calming Sea
“For this beautiful beachfront condo, the owners’ presented us with a magazine page that showed their dream space. EDC Interiors, Inc. recreated that photograph and then some, incorporating the clients’ personal effects and lifestyle into the final design. The result is nothing short of striking, especially considering the transformation it underwent from a shabby-chic, Ralph Lauren-inspired beach condo to it’s newly calm, almost spa-like, space!”
“Photo by Bruce Frame. While the inlaid dining table with it’s heavily carved based anchors this formal dining room, the airy, glass-fronted sideboard, frameless mirror reflecting the view, and light fabrics on the dining chairs help to keep the conversation light and full of laughter and good cheer. The multi-tier chandelier adds a romantic touch, especially for a quiet evening dinner for two, like the charming couple who own this home.”
Photos by Bruce Frame This beachfront home incorporated a few of the clients existing pieces and then we introduced a number of custom furniture pieces and architectural elements throughout the space to keep it open and airy yet on point with their more traditional taste.
Fun and Funky Family

A Palette of Neutral with
a Side of Color
Photo by Bruce Frame. This elegant dining room incorporates photos by one of the clients’ favorite photographers, Clive Butcher. His black and white landscapes showcase the natural beauty of Florida so they were the main feature of this room. We added the ceiling detail, which gives this room a much more spacious feel and look and, with the dual abalone shell chandeliers alight, makes the room positively dazzle.
